This morning we called, and Jill, the most accommodating florist's in Florida answered the call. Asking for the 100.00 birthday "Florists Choice" arrangement, Jill walked us through the plan over the phone and even called back to tell us she had a new shipment of vases that arrived that she though would be even better. The arrangement when finished was worth every dollar. If fact, in comparing to other like priced arrangements, this was the absolute best. We we were floored when the arrangement arrived 2 hrs and 15 min after the call. Obviously, this is a two green thumbs up from this customer!

I ordered flowers from NY for my mom and Deb’s flowers did a wonderful job. They were very easy to work with over the phone and they made sure to make the arrangement really special. I also need to just give them an extra shout out because when I initially called and gave them my mom’s address, the person on the phone did not realize that her address was outside their delivery zone. So after attempting to deliver the flowers to another address (exact same number just different part of the island) they called me to find out where my mom was. While technically out of their delivery zone, they still delivered the flowers to her and made sure she got them in time for her birthday. I truly appreciate the extra customer service and effort they made.
