Res Com did a great job for us at a fair price. They did two major renovation projects for us and delivered on budget. We had normal course bumps in the road but they always made the necessary fixes and adjustments and communicated with us well.

They were excellent communicators, partners in planning, and excelled at organization. As our first major project, we learned that we would have benefited from more scope definition up front, but they were flexible and worked with us.
